Kolb Studio at the head of the Bright Angel Trail was the home, photographic studio, and lab of Ellsworth and Emery Kolb. Ellswoth began photographing the Grand Canyon in 1901. His brother, Emery, joined him in 1902 and operated the photography business at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon until his death in 1976 |
